The following 4 nominees HAVE PUT THEIR NAMES FORWARD TO SERVE ON THIS YEAR’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. 2 Present Directors are SEEKING A SECOND TERM AND THERE ARE 2 NEW NOMINEES:
Joanne Foote: Healthcare worker for 40 years, Chair of FRANAS
Jonie Lagrange: Bookkeeper, Self Employed
Lindsay Norcross: Lindsay has been a Pitt Meadows resident since 1981 and worked at the ScotiaBank for 46 years (25 years in the Maple Ridge branch). She has been involved as a parent with the Pitt Meadows Elementary School
fundraising committee and as a PAC member serving on their board for
2 -3 years as president. She was also a parent advisor with the Pitt
Meadows Girl Guides. Lindsay joined the Ridge Meadows Hospice
Society in 2006 so that she could give back to her community and served two terms as their board president. She continues volunteering her time at the Hospice Society working with clients and grief groups.
Sandra Ramsey: Resident of Maple Ridge for the past 24 years. Retired as Executive Assistant to CAO at City of Maple Ridge after 17 years of service in 2014. An active member in the community, Sandra has been a volunteer for the BC Disability Games (2009), the Ridge Meadows Home Show (since 1999), Haney Farmers Market Society (board president) and most recently at the Ridge Meadows Hospice Association’s 21st Annual Vista Run. Sandra continues to volunteer her time as a board member of the Haney Farmers Market Society.
