Safeway Food Drive
Safeway is thrilled to be hosting a Summer Food Bank Hamper drive between July 11-20, 2014. The key component to the Food Hamper drive is to promote the Safeway $5 & $10 Food Bank pre-pack hampers at all checkstands and self-check-out counters.
For every $5 hamper purchased, customers will receive 5 bonus AirMiles & for every $10 hamper purchased, customers will receive 10 bonus AirMiles Reward Miles.
It is Safeway’s goal to help restock the shelves at our local Food Banks and to let customers know that “hunger knows no season”. #SafewayFoodDrive (twitter).
