The majority of our volunteers are needed between Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-12:30pm. During the year, many volunteer opportunities exist for events and special occasions. These events usually take place in the evening or on weekends.

The Friends In Need Bank is always looking for dedicated, compassionate people who desire to volunteer with our Food Bank. We strive to find the most outgoing, caring individuals in our community that have a strong desire to support our clients and their needs.
The Society's Board of Directors for the Friends In Need Food Bank is also a volunteer role. Our Board of Directors works diligently to garuntee our clients are being serviced to the best of our ability.

Ask anyone who's been at one job for a long time and they'll say after awhile, the years go by in a blur. Such is the case for Vivian Anderson, long-time volunteer at the Friends In Need Food Bank.
